Is there a way for me to check the status of my referrals?

You can check the status of your referrals* by accessing the Referral List section of your member dashboard at iCash.ca or using one of our mobile apps. There are three possible statuses: Success, Pending, and Inactive.
Success indicates that the referral has successfully paid back their first loan according to the dates and terms of their loan agreement; the referral cashback* will be available to both the ambassador and the referral.
Pending indicates that the referral has applied for their first loan; once the referral finishes paying back their loan according to the dates and terms of their loan agreement, the status will change to Success.
Inactive indicates that the referral has either not respected the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program or not adhered to their loan agreement or did not meet the eligibility criteria; no Ambassador or Referral cashback will be awarded in this case.
