You sent the e-transfer to the wrong bank account

E-transfers are email money transfers which means the money is sent to an email. Once you receive the email in your mailbox, you have to follow a link into the email to manually deposit the money into your bank account. If you already set up the autodeposit, (linking an email to a bank account) this step will be done automatically. So the e-transfers we sent you cannot really be sent to a wrong bank account as it is your choice to deposit it where you want to.
If for any reason you forgot to remove the autodeposit function and your e-Transfer was sent to a bank account you can't access anymore, you will need to contact your bank directly and find a solution with them as on our side the process is completed and your funds have been sent to the email address requested into your loan agreement.
