I did not receive my e-transfer

The e-transfer is automatically sent to your email address 2 minutes after the contract signature.  If you don't see it in your email inbox, make sure to check into your junk folder as well. Make sure to verify if you received the e-transfer into the email mailbox address you used to create your iCASH account on icash.ca. If you had set up the auto-deposit for this email address, you won't receive an email and instead, you will receive the money directly into the bank account linked to your email address. So please take a look first to your bank account to see the deposit. If you still find nothing, it is possible that Interac as banned your email address so you can't accept e-transfers anymore to this email address. To validate that, you can contact Interac directly at 1-888-238-6433. If you wish to validate if from our side the e-transfer has been sent, you can send an email to [email protected] asking at what hour the e-transfer has been sent.
