I did not receive my e-Transfer

The e-Transfer is automatically sent to your email address 2 minutes after the contract signature. If you don't see it in your email inbox, make sure to check into your junk folder as well. Make sure to verify if you received the e-Transfer in the email inbox of the email address you used to create your iCash account.
If you had set up auto-deposit for this email address, you will receive the money deposited directly into the bank account linked to your email address. So please check your bank account first to see if the deposit is there. If you still find nothing, it is possible that Interac as banned your email address so you can't accept e-Transfers anymore to this email address.
To validate this, you can contact Interac directly at 1-888-238-6433. If you wish to validate if from our side the e-Transfer has been sent, you can send an email to [email protected] asking at what hour the e-transfer has been sent.
