Why did I not receive my e-Transfer?

Your e-Transfer is automatically sent to the email address linked to your iCash account within 2 minutes after signing your agreement. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.

If autodeposit is enabled for that email address, the funds will be deposited directly into your linked bank account, so be sure to check your account as well.

Please note that our bank’s e-Transfer system undergoes scheduled maintenance every Sunday from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. EST. If your agreement is signed during this time, your e-Transfer will be sent automatically after 7:05 a.m. EST.
