I can’t receive e-Transfers

Be sure to answer 'NO' to the question in the application that asks if you would like to receive your funds by e-Transfer. Those who answer 'NO' to that question will be receiving their funds by direct deposit.
On our side, the funds will be sent in the next file scheduled for direct deposit which is Monday to Friday at 2:30 pm EST. Depending on your financial institution, you should see the funds in your bank account on the evening of the same day the direct deposit was sent or the day after.
