When can I reapply?

When-I-can-reapply

*In Alberta and Nova Scotia, if you repay your loan in advance, you will not be able to reapply until the final payment due date indicated in your loan agreement. For more information, please refer to : https://icash.ca/faq/reapplying/repay-advance-new-loan
*In Manitoba, you have to wait 8 days after your final payment date before you can reapply for a new loan, in accordance with Manitoba regulations.
If your loan has been repaid on the exact repayment dates of your previous loan agreement and you cannot yet reapply, this means that we have not received the response from the bank for your final payment yet.
You can reapply for a new loan once your previous loan has been paid in full. If your last payment has cleared your account but you are unable to reapply, it is most likely because we still have not received the response from the bank confirming that the final payment went through successfully (it can take up to 4 full business days after the payment date). If you wish to reapply right away, it is possible, but you will have to provide us with a proof of payment.
For the step-by-step instructions on how to send a proper proof of payment, follow these instructions:
  • Make sure to put the document as an attachment and not copy-paste it in your email.

  • Make sure to send a proof of payment that respects the following criteria or it will be refused, and you will have to wait the 4 business days to reapply.

If the payment of your loan left your account with a negative balance, make sure to send a proof of overdraft protection to [email protected] and "Proof of overdraft protection" as the title.
Be sure to send your proof of payment from the same email you used to create your iCash account at https://icash.ca. iCash reserves the right to refuse a proof of payment if it determines that your proof of payment does not respect the criteria.
