Why can't I set up an e-Transfer payment online?

You may be unable to set up an e-Transfer payment if one has already been initiated with the bank or if the cutoff time has passed. To check, log in to your member account, go to Loan Details, and select Payment Details to view the status and payment method.

If you have not successfully switched your payment method to e-Transfer, do not send a payment to avoid duplicate charges.
