Can I repay by e-Transfer?

You can make full or partial loan payments via e-Transfer. However, please be aware that for residents of Manitoba, Alberta, and Nova Scotia, early repayment does not automatically allow for immediate reapplication.
READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED:
  • Note that you always need to obtain authorization from iCash before sending a payment by e-Transfer. Any modifications to your payment plan must be arranged with us at least 3 business days before the due date to avoid duplicate payments. Once a pre-authorized debit has been initiated with the bank, it cannot be canceled.
  • It typically takes about 4 business days to receive an official bank response regarding a pending payment (though some banks may take longer in rare cases). We will only be able to send back any overpayment after the bank result is received.
  • Your payment will be manually updated in our system by our accounting team, who are available 24/7. This process typically takes 1-2 hours but may be longer during peak periods. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming that you can re-apply.
  • Please note that reapplying for a new loan does not guarantee a higher loan amount.
  • If you live in Manitoba: You can submit a new loan application 8 days after your last payment date.
  • If you live in Alberta or Nova Scotia: You can only apply for a new loan on or after your last scheduled payment due date, as specified in your loan agreement.
