When does my cashback expire?

Cashback* expires after 6 months of inactivity, calculated from the date of the last payment received. The 6-month period ends on the same calendar date of the sixth consecutive month. Obtaining a new loan before this period ends will reactivate your account and renew your cashback. Once cashback has expired, it cannot be recovered, even if the account is reactivated later.
